Method of Payment:

Full Payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until the full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement. Checks are accepted until October 5, 2020. Registrations completed on or after October 5, 2020 will require payment by credit card. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by October 2, 2020 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment. Cancellation fees will be invoiced on outstanding accounts.

Cancellations of individual Conference items such as CME, pre- or post-Conference workshops, etc. will be fully refunded if received by October 2, 2020. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 2, 2020.
