The Teaching Kitchen Research Conference Will Be Rescheduled to November 11-12, 2020

Location and Program will remain the same. See details below.

In compliance with Harvard University’s recently issued directives to all Harvard faculty, staff and students prohibiting domestic travel as well as any meetings involving 25 or more persons through April 30th, we are rescheduling the Teaching Kitchen Research Conference.

Happily, the Sonoma-Fairmont Inn and Spa has been exceedingly accommodating to reschedule this meeting. It is our shared hope that by mid-November, we will all be able to travel safely.
All details of the conference will remain the same. All existing registrations are valid for the new dates. The hotel venue (Sonoma-Fairmont Inn and Spa) will remain the same* see details below.

If you are already registered and this change in dates affects your ability to attend, you must let us know by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com by Friday, April 3 to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to another person without a fee. Changes made after April 3rd will be subject to a 20% administrative fee as outlined in the cancellation policy which can be found on the website.

If you have already made your hotel accommodations, all hotel reservations at the Fairmont-Sonoma Inn & Spa will need to be rebooked. The Fairmont-Sonoma Inn & Spa has cancelled all reservations made as part of the group block during April 21-23. There is no further action needed from attendees to cancel these reservations.

To re-book your conference-discounted room reservation for the NEW dates (November 11-12) at the Fairmont-Sonoma, call 800-441-1414 and ask for the “Teaching Kitchen Research Conference” room block. An online reservation link will be available after March, 13 at www.tkresearchconference.org for those wishing to rebook their room reservations online.

Additional details about these changes will be sent out in the upcoming weeks.
