NOTE: Abstracts must provide detailed descriptions of Teaching Kitchen Models/Programs and/or detailed, original research data to be accepted. Abstracts with conclusions that are not commensurate with the stated results are highly likely to be rejected by reviewers.

 

DEADLINES AND NOTIFICATION
  • Abstracts will be accepted until 11:59 PM (PDT) on Monday, January 27, 2020.
  • You may submit more than one abstract for review. 
  • Decisions regarding abstracts disposition and presentation format will be made by the Abstract Selection Committee.
  • Submitters will be notified of acceptance status by Friday, February 14, 2020.
  • The abstract submission site will re-open, February 19, 2020. 
  • The deadline for the second round of submissions is Sunday, March 1, 2020, at 11:59 pm PT. 
  • Disposition notices will go out to individuals who submitted on or after February 19, 2020, by Wednesday, March 4, 2020. 
  • All presenters are required to register for the Research Conference by Saturday, February 22, 2020.
  • All abstracts will be published on the conference website at the beginning of the Research Conference.
